INSTALLATION:
You must have the file VB40032.DLL in your Windows\System folder before starting the
installation.  This file is the Visual Basic 4.0 32-bit run-time library which is available from
most download services and from the Spaeder Technologies Web site, http://www.spaeder.com.

1.  Unzip QDP97.Zip archive and run the SETUP.EXE program, which expands files and installs them
in a program directory of your choice. 
2.  SETUP.EXE also installs several standard Microsoft files in your Windows\System folder
(if not already present there) and places a QuikDial Pro97 icon in your start menu Programs
folder.
3.  Finally, SETUP.EXE will install an uninstall entry in the Add / Remove Programs folder of your
Control Panel, thus permitting to easily remove QuikDial Pro97 from your system if you so desire.
